Montlouis, Sur Loire 'Violettes' - A super Pét-Nat” (Pétillant Naturel). Despite being a relatively new sparkling to the market, the méthode ancestrale actually pre-dates Champagne. The must is fermented at low temperatures in stainless steel tanks. The wine is then bottled during the primary fermentation while still containing 14 grams of residual sugar. It continues to ferment in bottle while releasing carbon dioxide. The bottles rest 28 months on lees.They have no dosage at disgorgement. The resulting wine is dry, chalky and saline with a fine mousse. France - Loire / Grape - Chenin Blanc / ABV 11.5%

Funkstille, Gruner Veltliner - After careful picking, the must is fermented in stainless steel tank with no malolactic fermentation but with 8 weeks of lees contact. Gentel fining and cold stabilisation. Subtle exotic hints, ripe pear and fresh citrus flavours, it's a dry wine with complex flavours. The palate is rich with flavours of melon and grapefruit with a refreshing, zippy finish. Austria / Graoe - Grüner Veltliner 100% / 12.5%
Dom. De la Janasse, Cotes du Rhone - Aromas of black cherry, moroccan spice and leather precede rich, jammy black fruits mingling with a delicious spiciness on the palate. Full and vibrant with fine grain tannins and a long, long finish. France - Rhone / Grapes - Carignan, Cinsault, Grenache, Mourvedre, Syrah / ABV 13.5%

Piattelli Vineyards, Alto Molino Malbec -An attractive and vibrant example of Argentinian Malbec, with its heady mix of plump, red fresh fruits and floral hints of violet, combined with sweet, firm tannins and a powerful finish. Argentina - Mendoza / Grape - Malbec / Vegetarian / ABV 14.5%

One taste of this and you feel like you have been transported straight to the South of France.
